However, please be advised that are we are not permitted to accept bookings to/from Anantara Maia, Bird Island, Cerf Island, Chateau de Feuilles, Denis Island, Fregate Island, La Belle Tortue, Raffles and Six Senses Zil Pasyon. All bookings need to be channeled through them.
All flights are serviced from the Zil Air base of operations which is 5 minutes’ drive from the Airport Domestic and International Terminals. This is for the comfort of passengers and to provide you with swift service delivery. If you are arriving in a private aircraft and have made prior arrangements with the relevant protocol agency, we are able to land next to the aircraft.
Payments can be made by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard), Cash or Bank Transfers. Please note that we do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards.
Our Zil Air Lounge is located 5 minutes’ drive to the south of the Seychelles International Airport, at the end of the runway. Please refer to the location map. We offer complimentary transfer between the Seychelles International Airport and the Zil Air Lounge.
Yes, if you have indicated in your booking that you wish to secure our complimentary land transfer, one of our representatives will meet and greet upon arrival at the International Airport. Please look out for the Zil Air welcome sign. If you have booked through a Tour Operator or a Travel Agent, one of their representatives will meet you upon arrival.
Our aircrafts are strictly limited by how much luggage they can take. Please visit our Baggage Information page for the weight limitations by aircraft type. For safety reasons, Zil Air reserves the right to re-weigh all passengers and their luggage on site to ensure that flights operate within available disposable payload.
Yes. For your own safety, wearing a life jacket is compulsory for all passengers. The majority of our flights are over open water; therefore, life jackets must be worn throughout all flights.
This depends on the route. Generally, transfers within the Inner Islands take approximately 15 minutes. In terms of Scenic Flights, flying time ranges from 15 minutes up to 90 minutes. Please visit our Services page for more information on flying times by route.
The final decision to depart is at the sole discretion of the Pilot in Command. In the event of inclement weather, your pilot will decide whether to operate the flight or not. Should your flight not operate, alternative travel arrangements with your Hotel, Tour Operator or Travel Agent will be organised. At all times, safety is our highest priority.
Prior to flight embarkation our ground staff will conduct a safety briefing. This will include evacuation procedures from the aircraft in the event of an emergency. Safety briefing cards are also available upon request in multiple languages. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the content.
