Yes. We accept direct bookings and payments. However, there are restrictions with special booking policies applicable to some destinations.

Yes, within our terms and conditions. All flights are operated from our lounge which is 5 minutes’ drive from the airport. This is for the comfort of the passengers and to provide you with swift service delivery. If you are arriving in a private aircraft and have made prior arrangement with the relevant protocol agency, we are able to land next to the aircraft.

Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard), Cash, or Bank Transfers. Please note that we do not accept American Express or Diners Club Cards.

We are located 5 minutes’ drive to the south of the airport, at the end of the runway. Please refer to the location map.

Yes, if you have stated in your booking that you wish to secure our complimentary road transfer, than one of our representative will meet and greet you at the arrival gate of the international airport. Please look out for the lollipop board with the Zil Air logo.

If you have booked through a travel agent they will meet and greet you.

Our aircraft are strictly limited by how much luggage they can take. For safety reasons, Zil Air reserves the right to re-weigh all passengers and their luggage on site to ensure that payload limitations are enforced. Yes. This is a compulsory precaution for your own safety. Most of our flights are conducted over open water; therefore life jackets must be worn throughout the flight.

This depends on the route, generally transfers within the inner islands take approximately 15 minutes. In terms of scenic packages, this starts at 15 minutes up to 90 minutes flying time. All flight times are inserted in our package information under the Services tab.

The final decision to depart is the sole discretion of the Pilot in command. In the event of inclement weather, your pilot will make the final decision whether to conduct the flight or not and alternative arrangements with your hotel or travel agent will have to be made. At all times safety is our highest priority.

Prior to embarkation our ground staff will give you a full safety briefing of the evacuation procedure of the aircraft. Briefing cards in various languages are available on request. Please make sure that you are comfortable with the contents.

For the Helicopters (both the H-120 and the H-145): We fly from Sunrise to Sunset, therefore the early departure will depend on the local sunrise time on the day.

VulcanAir P68C can fly a night, therefore we can operate at your convenience. We currently operate commercially from 0530hrs to 2230hrs.

For the Helicopters (both the H-120 and the EC-145): We fly from Sunrise to Sunset, therefore the latest departure will depend on the local sunset time on the day. VulcanAir P68C - can fly a night, therefore we can operate as early as 0500hrs.
